Hi, Iām Megan. Thanks for stopping by.
I am Waanyi/Gangalidda living on the lands of Bindal and Wulgurukaba People in Townsville. Mount Isa is my hometown.
I am a Support Coordinator and the Founder of Outback Coordination, a business that provides personalised and culturally respectful support coordination for NDIS participants.
With over four years of experience in this role, I have demonstrated exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, as well as a strong sense of entrepreneurship and innovation.
My framework is values based, person centred & culturally appropriate support for participants & their communities to reach their NDIS goals.
I enjoy my work with people, their families and communities.
It is a privilege to travel and work in remote communities and it is something I never take for granted.
I am also a Freelance Musician and Artist, with a passion for storytelling and connecting with others through music and creative writing. This artistic pursuit reflects my First Nation heritage and culture, which are at the heart of my professional and personal values.
**Fun fact: I was in the stage production of The Sapphires, traveling to London. (2011).
